I’m Shanna Ferrigno, daughter of actor and legendary bodybuilder, Lou Ferrigno. You know, growing up under the spotlight in Hollywood with the Hulk as my father, I’ve had my share of eating and self esteem issues to battle against. It was a tough fight, and it earned me some wisdom and insight on how to face the music, no matter how hard it is at the time.
I believe that the truth will ultimately set you free. Now, as a grown, happily married woman armed with that experience, I’ve decided to dedicate my life to helping others create healthy, sustainable lifestyle choices.
Each day I go into people’s homes, pinpoint their major issues, and offer creative solutions to solve their problems. If the obstacles they face are too big or out of my wheelhouse, I tap into the legendary “Ferrigno Rolodex” and bring in an expert to assist me.
My family is well connected in Hollywood; We know everybody. So that’s my mission, to be of service to others and help them find the light at the end of THEIR tunnel. Oh, and sometimes, unannounced, I invite the big guy to come tag along with me as I help my clients.
