Ingredients:

  • 1 small ripe banana, cut up
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 serving Ferrigno Fuel Rebuild protein power (1/2 to 1 scoop)
  • 1 cup of almond or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 avocado (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse on high until completely smooth, approximately 30-60 seconds.
