FIT to me stands for Focus, Invest, and Take Action. The Reset Plan will show you how to use all three tools to make dramatic improvements to your health: Focus on what you want out of life. Invest in yourself. Take Action to transform into your true potential.
The reason The Reset Plan differs from other books is because I don’t only focus on the weight or physical training of the people who come to me for help. The first thing I tell my clients is they have got to be honest with themselves.
